How to make Guacamole

Hello everyone,

Today I will show you how to mix up a very yummy dish called guacamole. All avocado lovers out there I am sure that you will absolutely love this dish. Even if you are not an avocado lover I am still sure you will enjoy this dish, at first you may not like it but after a few tries you will like it.

Nutritional facts of avocado

  • Copper-Helps transport iron into red blood cells preventing anemia.
  • Folate-Synthesises and repairs DNA Necessary for cell division and growth.

  • Iron-Enhances oxygen transport and supports energy production.
  • Vitamin K -Essential for bone health and preventing fractures.
  • Vitamin B6 -Needed for a healthy brain and nervous system.
  • Vitamin C Powerful antioxidant and crucial for producing serotonin.
  • Fiber keeps digestion system healthy and benefits diabetes, cholesterol and weight control.
  • Potassium-Necessary for maintaining normal blood pressure and kidney health.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 3 avocado, — peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or coriander
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

Procedure
1.In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt
2.Mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
3.Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

You can have this with toasted bread, nachos, crackers, breadsticks, fruits and vegetables ,mini rice cakes.
